Chef Bobby Sutanto is the Co-Founder, Executive Chef, and visionary behind Bobi Bowl. His vision is to redefine Indonesian comfort food by combining bold flavors, modern presentation, and approachable dining into one refined experience.

With a deep passion for Asian cuisine and years of hands-on experience in the kitchen, Chef Bobby built Bobi Bowl from a simple idea: creating food that feels comforting, memorable, and accessible without compromising quality or identity.

His cooking style focuses on balance, intentionality, and consistency, staying true to bold flavors while making them approachable for a wider audience. At Bobi Bowl, his creativity goes beyond traditional boundaries. From comforting rice bowls to modern Indonesian dishes inspired by regional Asian flavors, every menu is crafted with the belief that comfort food can still feel refined and exciting.

More than just building a restaurant, Chef Bobby’s vision is to create a lasting brand legacy that introduces modern Indonesian comfort food to communities around the world.

Sylvana Sari is the Co-Founder and Brand Strategist behind Bobi Bowl, leading the brand’s positioning, storytelling, and long-term vision as a modern Indonesian comfort food brand.

With a strong focus on brand building and customer perception, Sylvana plays a key role in shaping how Bobi Bowl connects with today’s multicultural audience. From defining the brand identity and communication strategy to refining the overall customer experience, she helps translate Chef Bobby’s culinary vision into a brand that feels modern, approachable, and globally relevant.

Together with Chef Bobby Sutanto, she shares a vision of bringing Indonesian cuisine to a wider audience through consistency, intentionality, and thoughtful presentation, while lowering the barrier for people experiencing Indonesian food for the first time.

Before Bobi Bowl, Chef Bobby led kitchens across Dubai, from Ce La Vi to Bar des Prés and international hotel brigades.
